Very easy to communicate with
The product was missing parts, when I notified the seller, they said I had to pay, so i did. When they sent me the product it was the wrong size, I had to reorder and they said i only had to pay for shipping. When the order came in the box, it was empty, the receipt had a total of $52 but I paid $376, so they ripped me off again! This folding door has air coming in and now I have to go to a local supplier and buy the right parts. The instructions were very poor and so was the support, I recommend that you never buy from this company, I will seek another more reputable one. I don't see why they have to lie about the entire process. I purchased an entire container from other suppliers and this company was the only bad one!
